The Lancashire funded bootcamps include the following pathways and some of what training is on each one.
Pathway 1– Excavator. Aimed at Excavator Operatives, and includes a 360 Excavator course, First aid, Manual Handling and Abrasive Wheels.
Pathway 2 – Telescopic Handler. Includes First aid, Abrasive Wheels, Plant Machinery Marshalling and inhouse manual handling.
Pathway 3 – Ride on Roller & Forward Tipping Dumper. This pathway includes First aid, Abrasive wheels, Plant Machinery Marshal.
Pathway 4 - Logistics. This pathway includes Warehousing and Storage, and Counterbalance Forklift Truck training.
Pathway 5 - Streetworks. This pathway includes Manual Handling, Inhouse Cat and Genny, Excavation banksman, use of small tools and more.
Pathway 6 - Construction Site Managers. This pathway includes Inhouse Cat and Genny, First aid and RAMS.
